Remove 1 birthday hidden

have you tried clearing birthdays cache ! (tools & maintenance >> cache >> birthdays)

Tried but the box is still there.

To clarify. The 1 hidden has gone but there is still a box with today's birthdays. I'm trying to hide the box too like it is when there are no birthdays.
