Dear support, 

Hope my message finds you well.

Actually I'm running mybb forum.
The current version is 1.6.8

I tried to update but always time out. Server support and Mr. .xxxxxx. from mybb also tried but in vain.

I would like to ask if mybb staff  can guide someone to me to carry out the update.
