ACp does not work on fressh install
I just installed myBB on Hostgator.com hosting service everything went fine and the install went great.
But when I go to admin CP everything looks normal until I click on anything and then I get this error.
Anything from clicking on backup or add new forum gives me the error but main tabs work.
So I can click home or configuration or tools and the work fine but anything within gives me error similar to this.

You don't have permission to access /Upload/admin/index.php on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache/2.2.11 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.11 OpenSSL/0.9.8i DAV/2 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 Server at www.beerquestguys.com Port 80
I have tried multiple installs and it does the same thing every time.
Any help would be appreciated. I need to get this done today.
