So it seems like you've done some customization in MyBB "default" theme. I suggest you install a simple popular theme (e.g. Apart Sky) and also temporary disable those plugins which modify index templates (for instance those which add a sidebox to the index page). Then see if the footer is normal or not (you'll need to reactivate ProStats when you set your new theme as default).
