Plugin updated. Now supporting all 1.6x versions including 1.6.5 .

Changelogs for v2:

As requested by many people, this plugin now supports banning whole usergroup (gid) from viewing specified threads along with banning single user id (uid).

Modified the download submission and waiting for approval over mods site.
