troubles when importing BBFlux with sqlite database

It's free of all. No license. For windows system, there's some DOS command :
'sqlite in.sqlite .dump | sqlite3 out.sqlite' wich do the job but ... with errors for me
So I'have to do the PHP script for me.
Merge System is now OK !! All is fine.
Are passwords merge ?
