[Error Message] SQL when user-groups was created

As the error says: Your MySQL server has gone away (is unreachable). That's more an issue with your host than with MyBB.

The forum and the database are on the same machine and are managed by an administrative panel.
I checked the database and it looks all right.
Groups that I created, despite the error, have been saved.
