Not Solved
So, I was trying our some .htaccess stuff to remove the .php extension again. I tried this first:

RedirectMatch 301 (.*)\.php$ http://www.example.com$1/

And then changed it so spamheaven.com. It worked. But not entirely so I got rid of it and used this code:

Options +FollowSymLinks -MultiViews
# Turn mod_rewrite on
RewriteEngine On
RewriteBase /

## don't touch /forum URIs
RewriteRule ^forums/ - [L,NC]

## hide .php extension snippet

# To externally redirect /dir/foo.php to /dir/foo
RewriteCond %{THE_REQUEST} ^[A-Z]{3,}\s([^.]+)\.php [NC]
RewriteRule ^ %1 [R,L]

# To internally forward /dir/foo to /dir/foo.php
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME}.php -f
RewriteRule ^(.*?)/?$ $1.php [L]

Going to /index/, or /index.php redirected me to example.com/index/.

Help? I removed all the .htaccess code I placed but still nothing. Here it is:

Options -MultiViews +FollowSymlinks -Indexes
