503 service unavailable | Error

Well, the 403 error is happening, because i have denied access to the inc folder completely, hence nobody can access it.

I will be checking the files location as suggested by you guys.

And the main thing is to upgrade to a better plan as we are having activity on our forum and it may be the cause.
