I'm not going to give you a tutorial on how to do this. However, I am going to give you a quick tip that you can use all the time.
Go to your desired page, press F12 and you will get the inspect element tool.
Press this little thing:

Now click on the part of the login box you want to change, on the right side of the inspect element tool it shows CSS and in which file it is.
All you have to do now is go over to your ACP -> themes -> your theme -> find the file and change the colour.
