plugin list disappearing after uploading DVZ shoutbox file

check your php version , i just had what sounds to be your error and what caused it was using a old php version that i was using for a merge from ipboard 3.4.7 to current mybb as my old board wouldnt work with the newer php , stumped me for a while but after using php 7.4.10 the plugin section showed dvz shoutbox instead of the error box and was able to install and use it
