Plugin not working in my theme

DVZ shoutbox has a few additional installation steps, so it won't show up on a fresh install. It's a fairly quick process, you'll just need to get the stylesheet into your theme and then add the shoutbox into your template. The official upload has the steps for this (IIRC it includes more detailed steps in the readme).

Regarding newpoints, is this issue persisting across all themes, or just on one theme? What is the behavior on your default theme?
