Resetting your account password isn't going to do anything, there is a missing column in a database table. If the forum owner needs support they will need to post here. This is not an issue that you can fix, you are not the site owner and you do not have access to the server or database.

Upgrade steps can be found here: https://docs.mybb.com/1.8/install/upgrade/

The site owner needs to run the upgrade script to fully upgrade the forum.
