Yeah I figured I should do that.

Add the following to your robots.txt:

Disallow: /path/to/mybb/search.php 

And they shouldn't index it anymore.

althought, seems weird that there are THAT many. :o not sure :\

It's called Search Log and it's by Labrocca. It's a premium plugin fyi
