If anyone else wants to know and are stuck on this, it's in the file wish he said on the above post, inc/languages/english/member.lang.php.
And you'll find the strings
$l['agreement_1'] to $l['agreement_5']
To change it, change the text between $l['agreement_1'] = " and "; Smile
Happy changing Smile

Also if you have [Wiki: HowTo_Chmod] (Broken link, head over to docs.mybb.com instead) the inc/languages folder to 777 you can go to Admin CP -> Language Packs -> *your language* -> Go -> member.lang.php -> edit
Find agreement_1 to agreement_5, and change the textareas Smile

Lol, i suppose that would be muh easier... Ill try that out as soon as my forum backups finish... (Stupid windows FTP client, waste 15 min "calculating download time", lol)
