[For 1.8] Thank You/Like System v3.3.5 + MyAlerts support

I am using Flatty theme, but the Thank you list doesn't appear below the thanked post, see screenshot below:

I checked the template -> show thread and verified that the js and the code is injected into the flatty templates. Are there any css or additional things I can check to pinpoint why it isn't showing up?

This is in a local host so can't provide url.
