[F] Images/avatars missing index.html

In /images/avatars/ the index.html file is missing that redirects the user back to the index.

EDIT: oh, it seems most of the folders in /images/ don't have a index.html file, is that by design?

I don't see them here, so perhaps they weren't added in.
