Designers: What do you do when you find a forum that removed your copyright?

Well, Ive been to around 3. One of the ones that took of my copyright goes to this board and runs a warez forum. Ive contacted him many times. But warez is a subject I know very little about. Unless Im mistaken, its illegal. So why havent all these big name companies sued them or whatever. A small skin copyright won't make a difference.

And Joey, mistakes happen, I hold no grudges on accidents, think nothing of it, this is asking about the people who actually know what they are doing when they remove it.
