[Performance] Unable to login or out of the forum

Currently having issues signing into our forum but does not seem to be allowing members to either sign in or out. I have followed all instructions here but unfortunately, no recommendations here have worked.

was cookies emptied the cookie fields and saved and then re-entered the domain and path info now works not sure what happened...
