[How To?] Is there any way to add 'tags' is any thread or posts?

I think you can work out something with thread prefixes. Plugins could be coded to display thread prefixes by usage in index or portal, as well as a plugin to allow multiple or additional thread prefixes per thread that work out fine just like with the primary prefix (search, etc).

I have been thinking about adding this to my todo before.
