[Pushed] Add GLobal Language Variable for Edit

When you consider how often the word Edit can come up in plugins, it would make sense to make it a global language variable.  Delete is already a global language variable so it could easily go on the line below that.  https://github.com/mybb/mybb/blob/featur...g.php#L527
