If all other RSS Feed Programs run fine, but Internet Explorer doesn't, then it's an IE problem.
From what I could tell, IE doesn't like "special" characters such as Ó, which is dumb but that's the way they made it I guess. I have no workaround to give you except removing special characters, which, depending on your language (I don't know it
) may not be an option.
