Try running these SQL codes in phpMyAdmin

DELETE FROM mybb_banned WHERE uid=1

UPDATE mybb_users SET usergroup=4 WHERE uid=1

Replace 1 with your user id and replace mybb_ with your database table prefix if it's different.
