How to show the number of threads & posts in Last post column?

Hi everyone
Please take a look at my photo in attachment:
I want to change my last post column to be like that
I got the photo from http://vuisong.org/diendan/
The box of which border is dash is where it shows the amount of Threads & Posts (Threads in the left, ports in the right) ~
and that was in Vietnamese! I'd love to have this column in my forums in English

It also shows the last post, when was the last post and by whom. And if possible, please make the username displays as their setting in group (color,icon,..)

Can someone please show me how to do this??
