Custom Forum Icons ~ A Unique icon for Each Forum

This user has been denied support.

Some of the codes in my custom forum bit templates are missing.

This code isn't in the forumbit_depth1_cat

<td class="tcat" colspan="2"><span class="smalltext"><strong>{$lang->forumbit_forum}</strong></span></td> 

Also there is no in the forumdisplay_subforums

<td class="tcat" width="2%">&nbsp;</td> 

I rewrote where the code is suppose to be, this came up.
It shows the on.png,off.png & offlock.png which I thought it would remove the images and replace it with the ficons.

Now that's what I was looking for. Can anyone help?
