there is a code line after the headerinclude , and body line code is changed AND another code line added ...

You can move it to the footer area, if you want this for the index page.

If you want it on all pages then you have to make code changes. Building the Overview box takes database queries and processing time, so it is not done for every single page. It's possible if you add the hook calls (maybe even in the plugin file itself) that will work on every page.

If you do this I suggest you disable Overview's AJAX functionality. Then the performance impact won't be quite that horrible, especially if I added the caching mechanism already to the latest version of the plugin...

Heyy guys, i recently installed overview 3.9.2 and im having the same problem the OP had in that it isnt showing on the index page. I hardly know any CSS as ive just started learning it but from what i can see there seems to be some lines of code in the index template for overview i just dont know of they are correct, can anyone help ?

^ admin panel --> templates --> your forum's active templates --> index page templates --> index

find {$overview} AND move it to above {$footer} ; save the template

Theres only {$overview_body} and when i move that above {$footer} nothing happens Sad

EDIT: i added {$overview} above {$footer} and left {$overview_body} below it and it works like a charm, all i gotta do now is owrk out how to move it above my forums lol, thankyou Big Grin
