NewPoint 1.9.1 SQL error PLEASE HELP

This is the actual error i've encountered after uploading the NewPoint 1.9.1 here: http://mods.mybb.com/view/newpoints


MyBB has experienced an internal SQL error and cannot continue.

SQL Error:
1146 - Table 'sabrynso_mybb249.mybb_newpoints_settings' doesn't exist
Query:
SELECT value, name FROM mybb_newpoints_settings ORDER BY title ASC

seems like it didnt create a db table or the table got removed some how
