[Release] Moderation Tools Select

I created a simple plugin for Moderators on MyBB forums.

This gives Administrators the option of specifying a certain option to be selected in 'Moderation Options' and 'Inline Post Moderation'.

For example..

This is how it would normally appear:



Now with my plugin, you can specify it to show something else as default:




There is a simple AdminCP configuration page for it as well:
