Incorrect. PSv4 has a simple gradient nav bar. His is two solid colors.

@solidus,well noting is inspired from the theme,its all my own work.
The nav bar tut is in my forum,you may use that and test it.

css3 gradients as well ,changed things a bit,will release it today .

Well, everythings cannot just come out of PS Bliss IV only, there are a lot of tutorials over web and this one has two colored gradient.

Its just a CS3 and using a image;

Exactly correct Crazy4cs,well if all dark themes with css3 ribbon were PB4 then there wouldnt be any theme left......or made !!!!
well not even a single color matches PB 4.
Its all my own work.

Its finished for now.
Finalising things,rechecking all templates and css code.
Will release this today .
