As per title, is that true that changing software license, mybb 2.0 will be a paid one such as ipb or vBulletin?

I think that it would be better if MyBB developers were paid for 8hours a day work but they release a new version every month like IPB and vBulletin but MyBB would cost 50-75$
Sorry for my bed english!

Free software is almost always better than paid software. I would definitely move to another forum software package or consider writing my own.

If you want a paid software, you shouldn't be using MyBB. It will never be paid because free is better

Hi,

Your MyBB 2.0 suggestion has unfortunately been rejected. Your suggestion does not fit with the direction that MyBB is heading in as a project at this time.
