Changing my domain website name.

Hello,
I recently made a website for myself using MyBB and was wondering if there's any way of having a domain website URL. At the moment this is my website and it's only just got up and running:

http://uzi-gaming.x10.mx/index.php

I would rather have uzi-gaming.com rather than the .x10.mx at the end. That's due to my website hosting company, would I need to get into contact with them in order to edit that?

You'd need to purchase the domain http://uzi-gaming.com/ from a domain registrar, like Godaddy, then you'd need to connect it to paid hosting.

First of all, you need to actually "BUY" a domain name.

You can buy domains at www.securesignup.net or some other good registrar like name.com ,etc.

My advice is not to buy from GoDaddy, it'd sue your domain and suspend it for one false complaint as well, IMO and even if they are agreed to unsuspending, they'd ask for 200$ or so, so do not go with them as a safe decision.
