Google SEO 1.6.1 problem after update

I just updated to Google SEO 1.6.1 - I'm running myBB 1.6.4.

Installation went perfectly and everything is running:


All settings are on:


However, I tried to quote two different posts and got a 404 error (I have error info turned on):

404 Not Found
(Error label: 'googleseo_404_notfound')

Trying to quote my own test post works for some reason. I was also able to quote another post. This has me puzzled.

It just happened again - quoted a post and I get the error:

404 Not Found
(Error label: 'googleseo_404_notfound')

Also - I just noticed that the URL is this: 500.shtml

Anyone? We're getting this more and more.

Has anyone else had this issue?

I'm pretty sure the site is having a 500 Internal Server Error
(A generic error message, given when no more specific message is suitable.), and looking for 500.shtml - and not finding it. Why would this be happening when you click the "post reply" button only when quoting another post?

Update: I find the error goes away when I delete the first pid # in the quote code

Same, except I am seeing them when we follow from a users name from the whose online box to their profile to see what they are viewing:
