There's no such thing. You either get a free subdomain, or a paid top level domain.

I would recommend saving up for a TLD or posting for people to buy one, most if not all free domains are useless in the sense that most search engines now do not index them.
You can get a .info domain for less than $3 at namecheap

Get TLD or die. Even an Info is good.....
But if you don't want a TLD um.... cz.cc is good.

The only worthwhile top level domains are .com and .net, end of story.
