How do i edit the {$welcomeblock}

Hi guys, is it possible to edit the {$welcomeblock} ?

and if so once the user has logged in how do i configure my forum so the info fetched from the welcomeblock appears where i want it to?

ie: i want the welcome back info in a different place to where it shows info for messages & buddy list etc?

In the Admin CP you can disable and enable different features in the welcome block feature.
