Synthd does skin convertion from another forum software. You might want to check them out.

Indeed. If you want someone to help you convert a theme (using their images). For free, it's not going to happen. You expect us to do something which is most likely against their copyright.

I don't need their permission, and I'll not use their images, just the CSS and the HTML (both with some changes).
