Username to screen name

It must be just the people signing up to my site but every second one thinks that 'username' = their actual names after which they ask me to change them.

Is it possible and where can I change it so its 'screen name'?

Do you think about that users can change their login? You can change tihs setting in ACP in group permissions. But if you want to change only world "Username" you must edit language file. Go to /inc/languages/{you lang}/global.lang.php and edit 67th and 69th lines.

$l['login_username'] = "Username";
