Strange thread post

The posting time updates every time I refresh. FYI: the only thing I did was move a thread to a different forum leaving a link. I expect that would have nothing to do with that.
I'm rather concerned as to why that "blank" thread, a supposedly unregistered, yet moderated, poster would be able to continually post nothing. Yet the time/date updates every time I refresh that page?
Confused AND VERY CONCERNED!
...Any help or some explanation as to why that is happening is greatly appreciated.
