Two Users - Same User Group but Different Profile Styles?

I have a slightly upgraded member group on my forum, and i've set the image for the stars of the group to:

images/stardonate.png

Yet on just moving a user into this group, his stars have remained as:

/images/normal/star.gif

Which is the normal yellow star. What have i missed here?!

All other current users of that group have blue stars, just this newly upgraded member doesnt.

Do they have the same display group (not the same as primary usergroup)?

If they are in the same group its going to be one of your settings thats causing the error.
Is it possible to take a look at your settings?

All the screenshots seem pritty normal.
Very bizzare. Any chance I could get an admin account to talk a look?
I only need permissions to the Users & Groups tab.

I really am not sure why the difference in accounts. I'll bump this one more time see if i can get any ideas, must be a small issue?
