While I don't and legally can't care about about color scheme I do care about the unique images that I created for HF alone and they are not to be used without my permission. Which I won't give.

That header background image has to be removed.

Everyone knows at some point in your design process you went to HF and clicked "save image". When you do that it's a copyright violation. Well technically it's when you use the image and you're using it.

Please remove it.

EDIT: Oh and remove any text you copied directly from HF. That's going to force me to send DMCA notice because I don't allow my unique forum descriptions to be used. Write your own damn descriptions. WTF is wrong with you?

Why don't you just download one of the free mybb themes and edit them if they allow permission, Any of my themes are allowed to be editted as long as copyright stays there.
