[How To?] Get pmid, subject, fromid, from-username of unread PM.

I need a PHP function which can get the pmid, subject, fromid and from-username of a unread PM.

So that I can put in the New PM notice into a custom script.

Hope someone can help me with a PHP code to get the PM ID, subject, the senders uid, and the senders username.
