which user in aforum uses a particular IP?

I have the IP of a user that tried to logged 5 times in my account in a forum I use to discuss with. I always stay there like some forums we use to loggedin like Supportforums.

The IP of that someone who attempted to use my account was sent to me via email.
now i wanna know if the IP is owned by someone in my own forum, how can I check it out?

you meant query the additional details of IP like its location and all? If so, use www.dnsstuff.com
