Hey guys,

Ive recently been finding forums using an exclusive theme ive made, but with removed copyright which obviously breaks my lisence agreement.

What can I do? Ive tried talking to them which doesnt work and when I used DMCA takedown I found out they charge, which sucks.

Any ideas?

So the DMCA site is just a site that writes them for you and deals with the take down?

Yes, you don't need to use DMCA.com ,however at times its pressure as an whole organization can be effective. But you could write manual DMCA, that is what I do.

Thanks, I always thought that DMCA was a company and not an actual Act that anyone can enforce.

If you have the money an what your protecting if worth it then obviously their site is the way to go.
