What is the way to replace YOUR SITE NAME with my website name?
plus it would be good if you make an automatic redirect rather then requiring link on domain to go to it.

Go into safelink.lang.php (in ./inc/languages/english) and change $l['warning']. What do you mean by making an automatic redirect?

I've just installed this on 1.6.5 and it modifies the urls in the posts but when you click them it doesn't pause at the interim page--it just automatically redirects straight to the external page.

Link? And have you made sure your usergroup and/or the links are on the excluded list? Admins [usergroup 4] are excluded by default.
