Need More Details Please. Header/Spammers

I need more advice on how to change my header image and my logo.
Also how to make one and what dimensions work best.
I have adobe photoshop
I also use filezilla to upload files.

Can someone please explain what size to make the header what size to make logo who to upload the logo to and where to upload the header to.


ALSO how can I get better protection from spammers??!!

I am new and need some things explained as if I was 10 years old lol. Bare with me and thanks for the help!!

Enable reCaptcha instead of default, set better name for 1.6.5's honeypot field.

Note: make the questions more challenging - maybe use some bad grammar like Wut iz 4 plus three eekwal to? Might stop some AI - Xrumer is pretty advanced.

I will give you some header directions later. Got some work to do.

In the configuration/settings tab, search in the search box for recaptcha. I assume you are using 1.6.5.
