Admin CP Can't go in ?

I can't get in the forum account, and i can't access the admin CP !):

OFF TOPIC : its better to have trust in the support team AND post your forum's issue in the
private inquiries forum with ftp & admin panel credentials . AND you can change them later ...

I don't really get you . Ya i did read it , but i follow what it sayds.

Open your FTP and go to root -> inc -> settings.php. Copy the file to your computer, Then open the file in notepad or Dev PHP.

Then find:

$settings['cookiedomain'] = ".your-domain.com";

Replace that with:

$settings['cookiedomain'] = ".icypopx.com";

We already told you what you have to do. If it's not working, then you're doing something wrong.
