hi team: you have decided yii and discussed zend , symphony, kohana.

i have a question. why not cakephp framework you are choosing?

it is a good framework, large community, continuously growing. matured.

it has jqeury and prototype support too.

and it is free too.

any special reason to ignoring cakephp?

It would be impossible for the to look at every single framework known to man. They looked at some of the higher rated ones and went with the one they liked. Personally, i dislike cakephp.
