[How to?] Use conditionals?

Hi,

I opened a thread http://community.mybb.com/thread-112031.html , but I would extend that question... So I want to use conditionals in MyBB, is there some list of all conditionals?

Some other conditional (one is in the oder topic) that I need are:

- usergroups conditional;
- seleceted (in navbar) conditional;

I used a plugin called "PHP in Templates" to achieve things like that.

I triend it but for different reasons I decided to use only conditionals...
