Creating a plugin

I've finally understood how the plugin system works. But I don't know what to create.

there are a lot of ideas, if you find you have nothing to do, pm me, i am working on a chain of plugins, may we can work together..

one idea is : why user has to fill the report input field? isnt it better that we provide some option in radio buttons and input field for other option.
