Well... I would say great but not too great. If I where you these are the things I'd update if my forum was like that:

1. Update theme to http://mods.mybb.com/view/elegant-frozendesigns-net or http://mods.mybb.com/view/clean-professional or http://mods.mybb.com/view/cybertech-graphite

2. I would add some descriptions to each forum/title

3. add a 'new and no new' post icon (You can ask for help from other members).

4. New banner!!!

1/10, pretty bad placement of some images, ugly look overall and bad spelling.

You should get a new theme, and maybe start a forum in your own language?
