Authorization Code Mismatch; Poll voting on sidebar

Members on my forum are keep on getting this message:
Authorization code mismatch. Are you accessing this function correctly? Please go back and try again.

whenever they try to vote directly from the sidebar. (Using a code I found somewhere on this forum, I was able to put the voting block in the sidebar) Please help Voting directly from the thread works fine.

I'm not sure exactly what i'm supposed to do after reading that thread. So do I just copy everything from the "Diff Report" and paste it into "Full Edit" and save to have it updated? I also only see index_boardstats in the find updated templates.

^ no, you have customized code on the sidebar . check the code - whether it has the required my_post_key
<input type="hidden" name="my_post_key" value="{$mybb->post_code}" /> code is required for the authorization
